A group of eleven of us, from four different churches in Seattle, Washington have agreed to go on a mission trip to the Ailanga School in Usa River, Tanzania, East Africa. This is near Arusha, and we will fly in and out of the airport there, between February 13, 2012 and February 27, 2012.The photo shows the students at the Ailanga School.
Several of the board members of the Ailanga School Project here in Seattle are helping us to make our plans. We are attending a weekly Swahili class, applying for Tanzanian visa, getting immunizations, reading about Tanzania, and planning a safari in Tanzania.
The Ailanga School Project has been sending a group to Ailanga every year or two for the last six years.

All of the delegates on this mission trip are paying all their own expenses, from passport, visa and immunization fees to airfare and room and board while in Tanzania. In addition, each is making a cash donation to the Ailanga School Project.
